Description

Day 1: International flights usually land in the morning at Buenos Aires International Airport (EZE). Your flight to Esquel (EQS) departs after noon, so you will have enough time to go through immigration, collect your luggage, go through customs, and have lunch. When you arrive in Esquel, our guides will be waiting at the airport to bring you to Lago Rosario Lodge, where you will be welcomed by our staff, have enough time to acclimate, have dinner, and rest well that night.

Days 2 and 3: You will be fishing in the following waters around the Lodge, subject to weather conditions: Río Grande (Futaleufu), Laguna Larga, Lago Verde, and Río Arrayanes, in Los Alerces National Park. These waters are home to rainbow trout, brown trout, and brook trout.

Days 4 to 7: After breakfast, we will start four days of travel and fishing in unreachable places such as Lago El Engaño, Río Corcovado, Río Pico, Río Nilson, Río Pampas, and further south Lago 3 and Lago 1. These glacial waters are full of amazing Fontinalis, Farios, and Rainbows that have never seen a human face! You will start the last day fishing and end with a nice dinner back at Lago Rosario Lodge.

Day 8: On the last day, you will fish in mountain lakes and streams located on private land surrounded by the most beautiful landscapes, and other productive waters around Lago Rosario Lodge.

Day 9: After an early breakfast, you will have time for half a day of fishing in Lago Rosario or Nanty Fall stream and a light lunch at the Lodge. Then we will transfer you to Esquel Airport to catch your flight to Buenos Aires, where you will take your return flight home.
